Itโs dominated by robotic threats, toxic oceans, lava zones, and industrial wastelands. Unlike any other location in EU, ARIS features a daily instanced dungeon system with boss fights that reward exclusive weapon blueprints and components.
[!WARNING] Flying vehicles and Mindforce teleportation are disabled on ARIS. All travel is ground-based only. Plan your routes carefully.

- Daily instanced dungeons with structured, repeatable progression
- Unique mining resources (Titanite and ARIS-specific materials)
- Rich lore content tied to Hyperion Enterprises storyline
- One of the newest and most actively developed areas in EU (ongoing 2026 updates)

Hyperion Aurora Weapon Series
Overview
The Hyperion Aurora line is a series of plasma-based weapons designed by Hyperion Enterprises, exclusive to ARIS content. These weapons are known for their high efficiency and versatility.
Key characteristics:
- Type: Primarily Ranged Plasma (rifles, pistols) and Melee (power fists)
- Availability: Limited (L) โ crafted from blueprints obtained in ARIS instances
- SIB (Skill Increase Bonus): โ Yes โ these weapons provide skill gains while within your level range
- Professions: Plasma Sniper (Hit), Plasma Pistoleer (Hit), Ranged Plasma (Dmg)
Weapon Stats
| Model | Type | Damage | Range | Reload | Efficiency | Notes |

How to Obtain
- Blueprint drops โ Hyperion Aurora blueprints drop from daily instanced dungeon boss fights

- Auction House โ Buy crafted weapons from other players (check Calypso auction for best selection)
- Hyperion Daily Vouchers โ Earned from daily instances; can be exchanged for components/gear at Ironhaven vendors
Why Hyperion Aurora Matters
[!TIP] The Hyperion Aurora series offers some of the highest efficiency ratings among Limited (L) weapons in their damage class. For players in the SIB range, these weapons provide excellent DPP (Damage Per PED) while also building valuable Plasma professions. Theyโre a strong alternative to older, less efficient weapon series.
Oblivion Protocol Weapon Series
Overview
The Oblivion Protocol line is the second exclusive ARIS weapon series, themed around the robotsโ โlast-option directiveโ โ designed to leave nothing behind through total disintegration.
Key characteristics:
- Type: Mixed โ includes Melee (Fists, Clubs) and Ranged (Gauss) variants
- High efficiency: Generally 75-90% efficiency ratings
- Lore: Represents ARIS robot technology repurposed for colonist use
- Acquisition: Instance drops, crafting, and ARIS-specific missions
Weapon Stats
| Model | Type | Damage | Efficiency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oblivion Protocol PF-20 (L) | Melee Fists | 16.0 - 32.0 | ~75% | Entry-level melee |

| Oblivion Protocol TC-110 (L) | Melee Club | 90.5 - 181.0 | ~90% | Top-tier; exceptional efficiency |
[!IMPORTANT] The Oblivion Protocol TC-110 at ~90% efficiency is one of the most efficient weapons in Entropia Universe. If youโre a club-spec melee player, this weapon is worth pursuing through ARIS instance farming.
Daily Instanced Dungeons
How ARIS Instances Work
ARIS features a daily instanced dungeon system โ the first of its kind in EU:
- Enter the instance โ Access via a portal/NPC at Ironhaven or designated locations
- Clear maintenance tunnels โ Fight through waves of robots
- Face the boss โ Each instance culminates in a boss fight
- Collect rewards โ Loot includes Hyperion Daily Vouchers, blueprints, components, and standard EU loot
Boss Encounters
| Boss | Difficulty | Notable Drops | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Droktimus Prime | Medium | Hyperion components | Introductory boss |
| Defenatron | Medium-Hard | Weapon blueprints | Defensive-style fight |
| Verdathos | Hard | Rare components | Environmental hazards |
| Terrorax | Hard | High-value drops | Aggressive combat |
| Oblivitron | Very Hard | Oblivion Protocol BPs | Named after the weapon line |
| Broadcastus | Very Hard | Rare ARIS loot | Communication-themed boss |
Daily Voucher System
- Hyperion Daily Vouchers are earned by completing daily instances
- Trade vouchers at Ironhaven vendors for weapons, armor, and crafting components
- Vouchers accumulate over time โ plan a spending strategy rather than spending immediately
- Some high-value items require many vouchers โ budget your daily runs
[!TIP] Run ARIS instances daily. Even 15-20 minutes per day accumulates meaningful voucher progress over a week. The daily reset makes this one of the most time-efficient progression loops in EU.
Ironhaven โ The Hub

May 2026 Update: Mindforce Division
As of Version 19.7.0 (May 12, 2026), Hyperion Enterprises has established a new โApplied Mindforce and Psionic Warfare Divisionโ in Ironhaven, led by Dr. Vera Santis. This expansion introduces:
- New assistance missions focused on Mindforce skills
- Additional NPC interactions and lore content

Mining on ARIS
Unique Resources
| Resource | Type | MU Estimate | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Titanite | Ore | 115-140% | ARIS-exclusive; used in Hyperion crafting |
| ARIS-specific enmatters | Enmatter | 110-130% | Required for weapon/armor crafting |
| Robot components | Loot/crafting | Varies | Dropped by ARIS robots |
Mining Considerations
- ARIS is a small moon โ concentrated resource distribution
- No flying vehicles means walking between mining spots (plan routes carefully)
- Less competition than Calypso mining areas
- Combine mining with daily instance runs for efficient sessions
Codex Targets on ARIS
| Creature/Robot | HP Range | Cost/Kill | Codex Value | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ARIS Robots (various) | 30-200+ | 0.15-1.00 PED | Unique entries | Multiple robot types |
| Fire-element creatures | 50-150 | 0.25-0.75 PED | Unique variants | Volcanic zone exclusives |
| Instance bosses | High | Instance cost | Boss-specific entries | Daily completion |
[!NOTE] ARIS robots and creatures provide unique Codex entries not available on any planet. Include ARIS in your Island Native rotation for maximum Codex breadth.
Practical Tips
- Daily instances are the core loop โ Even if you can only play 20 minutes, run an instance
- No flying vehicles โ Plan walking routes between points of interest; unlock all TPs early
- Bring your own supplies โ ARIS has Trade Terminals, but bring ammo/healing from Calypso if you want to save time
- Save vouchers for high-value items โ Donโt spend vouchers on low-tier gear if youโre targeting a specific weapon
- Hyperion Aurora PR-30 โ This is the sweet spot for most mid-level players. Target this first
- Oblivion Protocol TC-110 โ If youโre melee-spec, this is the ultimate ARIS goal (~90% efficiency)
- Combine activities โ Mine between instance cooldowns, hunt open-world robots for Codex, complete survey missions
- Check for Dead Scientists โ 10 hidden across the moon; finding all 10 completes a one-time mission with solid rewards
- May 2026: Talk to Dr. Vera Santis โ New Mindforce missions available at Ironhaven (v19.7.0)
- ARIS is actively developed โ Check patch notes regularly; new vaults, missions, and content are added frequently
