A structured progression from first login to veteran status.
Learn the right things at the right time. No information overload.
This is a game. Treat it like one.
- ~95% of players are net depositors. That's normal and fine.
- Budget like a subscription: ~150 PED/month ($15) for entertainment.
- Occasional 500–1000 PED deposits = your "expansion packs" every 12–18 months.
- Compare: WoW costs $15/month + $50 expansions. EU can cost the same — with a chance to withdraw.
- Any PED you withdraw is a bonus, never an expectation.
- You will not become a millionaire. The headline sales ($330k Neverdie, $635k Crystal Palace) are extreme outliers from 2005–2010.
The RCE (Real Cash Economy) is real — but it's a game economy with a house edge, not a stock market.
First Steps
Create your account, finish the tutorial at Setesh/Port Cabrakan, and find a mentor.
Everything here is free. You're learning controls, UI, and the basic economy. No money needed.

Sweater
The only 100% free activity. Extract vibrant sweat from mobs, sell it, earn your first PED.
Sweating earns ~2-5 PED/hour. It's slow but it's real money from nothing. Join a sweat circle — it's social and the community is great.

First Deposit
Your first real hunting cycle. Buy ammo, kill Puny/Young mobs, learn TT return math.
You'll return about 85-95% of what you spend on ammo. A 50 PED session might return 42-47 PED in loot. The 'loss' is your entertainment cost — cheaper than a movie ticket.

Amps, enhancers, planet travel, mining/crafting. You're optimizing for efficiency.
At this level, understanding amp/enhancer math is critical. A bad amp choice can tank your returns. Use the tools. Every 500-1000 PED deposit is your 'expansion pack' — same as buying a new game DLC every 12-18 months.
